Real Estate Litigation Associate

A law firm seeks a dedicated Real Estate Litigation Associate to join its San Diego, CA office. This position is ideal for an attorney with 2-4 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate litigation, looking to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of real estate litigation, including case management, motion practice, and depositions.
• Provide legal advice and representation in landlord-tenant disputes and fair housing defense.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare high-quality written materials.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial and/or residential real estate litigation.
• Strong background in file management and litigation processes.
• Experience in landlord-tenant litigation and fair housing is preferred.
• Current licensure to practice law in the State of California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active member of the California State Bar.
