The ideal candidate will represent clients in court, handle depositions, prepare cases for trial, and defend challenging cases involving various claims. Duties:

• Represent clients in court.

Requirements:

• Experience with state and federal courts preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a general litigation firm.

Education:

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of California.
