Job Overview:
A distinguished law firm in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of two years of litigation experience. This role offers the opportunity for immediate client interaction and the management of individual caseloads. Duties:

• Handle complex litigation cases from initiation to trial

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs

• Manage discovery, including depositions and document production

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings

• Engage in firm leadership initiatives and business development efforts

• Maintain client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel

Requirements:

• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar in good standing

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general litigation

• Knowledge of construction law is preferred

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Ability to prioritize multiple cases and deadlines efficiently

• Interest in leadership and professional development within the firm

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

Certifications:

• Active Minnesota Bar membership in good standing
