  • Negotiate, draft, and review legal agreements and contracts.
  • Maintain case files and ensure accurate documentation of legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategies and case management.
  • Stay updated on evolving employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in employment and commercial litigation, with knowledge of wage and hour laws, FEHA, and PAGA actions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Experience conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing.
