The ideal candidate must possess excellent writing and analytical skills, a strong academic background, and be admitted to practice law in Texas.

Duties:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating finance-related agreements including loan agreements, security documents, and financing statements.
  • Advising clients on corporate finance matters such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital markets transactions.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis on complex finance and banking issues.
  • Assisting in due diligence investigations and preparing related reports.
  • Collaborating with partners and clients in developing legal strategies and transactional execution.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas in good standing.
  • 3-4 years of experience practicing corporate law with a focus on finance and banking transactions.
