Job Title: Entry-Level Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A dynamic and fast-growing law firm based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Litigation Attorney. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a high-energy legal team working on a variety of business-related disputes, including contract cases, real estate litigation, construction issues, and copyright and trademark matters. As a part of the team, you will gain valuable experience in litigation and case management, working closely with senior attorneys and legal support staff in a fully remote environment.

Duties:

• Draft legal documents, including letters, memos, motions, orders, pleadings, and other correspondence.
• Assist in preparing lead attorneys for hearings and trials.
• Manage and track case files and adhere to critical deadlines.
• Collaborate with paralegals and other legal staff to coordinate discovery efforts.
• Conduct legal research on a wide array of topics and case-specific matters.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of legal experience.
• LSAT score of 155 or higher.
• Proven excellence in legal research and writing (must have received top marks in these subjects).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, and Microsoft Office.
• Clio's experience is a plus.
• Must have graduated cum laude or within the top 25% of the law school class.
• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have a quiet and distraction-free home office setup with a reliable internet connection for remote work.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license.
