Job Overview:

A law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Litigation/Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their team in Center Valley, PA. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage, intense research and writing skills, and confidence in appearing before the court. Admission to the Bar in PA, NY, NJ, MA, or DE is beneficial.

Duties:

  • Handle various commercial litigation and insurance coverage cases from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on insurance coverage and litigation matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure effective client representation.
  • Manage case files and maintain detailed records of case progress and developments.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Stay current with developments in insurance law and commercial litigation.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Confidence and competence in appearing before the court.
  • Admission to the Bar in PA, NY, NJ, MA, or DE is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
