  • Demonstrate a commitment to superior client care through proactive communication and client engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve case objectives and maintain high standards of legal practice.

Requirements

  • Membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Multi-state licensure is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage cases using legal software and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of consumer credit collections and relevant state and federal laws.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in California (required).
  • Multi-state licensure (preferred).
