A law firm in Seattle is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in Estate Planning, Tax, Probate and Trust Administration, Business, and Real Estate law. The ideal candidate will contribute to a diverse practice and should possess significant experience in these areas of law.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in Estate Planning, Tax, Probate and Trust Administration, Business, and Real Estate matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, wills, trusts, and business agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
  • Advise clients on tax implications and strategies related to estate planning and business transactions.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolutions.
  • Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Washington State Bar; Idaho State Bar admission is a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on Estate Planning, Tax, Probate and Trust Administration, Business, and Real Estate.
  • Experience with Elder Law and Medicaid is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
