The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of litigation experience, particularly in business and intellectual property law. The position involves assisting with all aspects of litigation and trials in both federal and state courts. Duties:

  • Assist with all aspects of litigation and trials in federal and state courts
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Develop creative solutions to complex legal challenges
  • Advocate for clients in court hearings and trials
  • Collaborate with team members to craft persuasive arguments and strategies

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of litigation experience
  • Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
  • Experience with business law and/or intellectual property law (preferred)
  • Licensed to practice law in Michigan
  • Based in Metro Detroit, MI

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Michigan Bar (in good standing)
