This position involves handling state and federal regulatory litigation, including consumer class litigation and administrative litigation. The ideal candidate will bring 3-6 years of litigation experience, with a strong foundation in federal court practice and exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in state and federal regulatory litigation, including challenges against federal regulatory agencies and state Attorneys General.
• Handle spinoff consumer class litigation and Administrative Procedure Act challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft high-quality legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategies and case management plans.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary, providing advocacy and legal representation.
• Analyze complex regulatory issues and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents to ensure informed representation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in regulatory or administrative law.
• Clerkship experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
