Duties and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Attend and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, providing comprehensive updates and strategic advice.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely progression of cases from inception to resolution.
• Participate in firm marketing and business development initiatives to expand client base and firm reputation.
• Stay current with developments in the law, particularly in the areas pertinent to the firm’s practice.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation matters with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
