Insurance Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Insurance Litigation Attorney to join its Greenwood Village, Colorado office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in handling insurance coverage and defense litigation, demonstrating a solid understanding of related legal principles.

Duties:

• Represent clients in various insurance litigation matters, focusing on coverage disputes and defense litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions with opposing parties.
• Prepare cases for trial, including managing all aspects of trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and legal professionals throughout the litigation process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in insurance coverage and defense litigation.
• Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage cases from inception to resolution.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
