Duties:

• Investigate and analyze facts relevant to litigation matters.
• Offer sound legal advice to clients based on thorough analysis and understanding of the law.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, tailored to meet client needs.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Montana or eligible for licensure.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
• Proven ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Strong research skills to explore various legal topics thoroughly.
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Montana State Bar License (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
