A reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling a diverse range of family law cases and will be comfortable managing multiple cases at once. This position offers the opportunity to work with a steady stream of clients while minimizing administrative duties. Attorneys in this role will have the ability to focus on practicing law, with support in client intake, marketing, collections, and other business aspects.

Duties:

• Provide legal representation in a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and property division
• Manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service
• Offer legal advice and counsel to clients during critical life events
• Prepare legal documents, petitions, and correspondence related to family law matters
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations as required
• Ensure all cases are handled with compassion, ethical standards, and empathy
• Collaborate with firm staff to streamline case management and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and manage client communications promptly

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high caseload efficiently
• Familiarity with limited-scope representation is a plus
• Proven track record of providing compassionate and ethical legal services
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Valid license to practice law in the state of California
