Duties:

  • Represent clients in real property litigation and ad valorem tax disputes

  • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda

  • Conduct discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

  • Perform legal research and provide analysis on real estate and tax law matters

  • Advise clients on litigation strategy and dispute resolution

  • Collaborate with colleagues on case development and trial strategy

  • Engage in business development and client relationship-building efforts

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of litigation experience required

  • Commercial litigation experience preferred

  • Strong client service orientation with business acumen

  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Florida (required)
