Associate Attorney

Greensboro office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience. The candidate will consult with clients. Will review details of cases and develop strategies. Gather evidence and interview witnesses. Draft pleadings, discovery, briefs and other legal documents. Conduct pre-trial activities, including depositions and mediations. Handle court, agency and ADR proceedings, including motion hearings, arbitrations, and trials. Should be licensed in North Carolina and either licensed in South Carolina or working to obtain a South Carolina license as soon as possible. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills are required, including the ability to advocate for clients before the Court.

The candidate should have J.D. from an accredited law school. Should have strong written and interpersonal communication skills. Must have effective time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential. Should have ability to read, analyze and interpret complex legal and business documents. Must have ability to independently manage a caseload. Should have ability to work independently and collaborate with others. Strong organizational, research, and analytical skills needed.
