  • Communicate effectively with the court, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel.
  • Participate in claims file reviews to assess case progress.
  • Independently handle trials, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
  • Attend Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars to enhance professional expertise.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
  • 1 to 4 years of legal practice, with experience in state and federal courts.
  • Prior experience in labor and employment law or litigation law.
  • Strong legal research and motion practice skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); LMS+ experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

Education
