  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and trials to represent clients effectively.

  • Stay current on changes in workers' compensation law and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Requirements:

  • Active bar membership in Oregon or Washington (dual membership preferred).
  • 0-7 years of experience in workers' compensation law or related fields.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities to manage a dynamic caseload.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe, and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, analyzing and solving complex legal issues efficiently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in Oregon or Washington (dual membership is an advantage).
