Duties:

• Manage cases related to consular processing, including I-130, I-601A, I-212, I-601, and K-Visa.
• Prepare clients for consulate interviews, ensuring they understand the process and are well-prepared.
• Represent clients before USCIS, advocating for their rights and ensuring a smooth immigration process.
• Review and evaluate immigration application packets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee a team of paralegals to ensure productivity goals are met while maintaining high client service standards.
• Conduct thorough legal analysis to identify case benefits and strategic options for clients.
• Prepare and submit legal briefs in support of various immigration cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in Immigration Law.
• Proven track record in managing immigration cases and client interactions effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a varied caseload.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with consular processing and waiver cases is essential.
• Experience with case management software is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona.
