A law firm in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal expertise in personal injury law, be proficient in Spanish, and demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, handling all aspects from initial client consultation to settlement or trial.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, striving for favorable outcomes.
  • Represent clients at mediation sessions, arbitrations, and court hearings.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress and manage expectations effectively.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina; South Carolina Bar license is a plus.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Prior experience in personal injury law or related fields preferred.

Education & Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
