  • Expand the firm’s client base by leveraging existing relationships and generating new business opportunities.
  • Stay current with industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes in construction law.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in construction law at a boutique-level or similarly specialized firm.
  • Proven book of business with a strong track record of successful client management and case handling.
  • Commitment to client service, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on effective advocacy and negotiation.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle a diverse caseload independently.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Tennessee Bar.
