Labor and Employment Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join its San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in labor and employment law, bringing strong communication skills and a solid academic record to the team. Preference will be given to applicants based in San Francisco.

Duties:

• Represent clients in various labor and employment law matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients on compliance with labor regulations and employment practices.
• Assist in negotiations and dispute resolutions involving employment issues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategies for complex cases.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong academic background with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar license.
