Duties

• Represent clients in pharmaceutical patent litigation, with a focus on Hatch-Waxman matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation and regulatory matters.

Education

Substantial billable hours is the primary way to get the big bucks and partnership consideration at this large New York firm.
