Duties:

• Manage individual caseload under the guidance of partners.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and responses to discovery.
• Conduct legal research and write memorandums.
• Attend hearings, court conferences, and mediations.
• Conduct and defend depositions; attend inspections.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and consultants.
• Participate in trial preparation and attend trials.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in litigation; experience in accounting, business, or taxation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active New York Bar License or eligibility for admission.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and case management.
• Effective organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
