A law firm seeks an experienced Estate/Medicaid Planning & Elder Law Attorney to join its team in Denver, CO.   • Conduct legal research to support case development and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Manage case deadlines efficiently and ensure smooth case progress.
  • Participate in collaborative meetings with the legal team to discuss case strategies and client needs.
  • Contribute to firm growth through high-quality legal work while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate planning, Medicaid planning, and elder law.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • An active member of the state bar in good standing.
