Duties

  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other court filings
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court as needed
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the legal process
  • Uphold high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct
  • Collaborate with legal assistants and other team members to ensure effective case management
  • Continuously engage in professional development and stay updated on personal injury law advancements

Requirements

  • Active California State Bar license
  • Experience in personal injury law or litigation
  • Proven track record of successfully managing personal injury cases
  • Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
  • Experience negotiating settlements and representing clients in court
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and client-focused mindset

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

  • Active membership in the California State Bar (required)
