Duties:

  • Represent clients in project finance transactions, with a focus on renewable energy projects.

  • Advise clients on legal aspects of renewable energy investments and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop legal strategies and solutions.
  • Provide legal support throughout the negotiation and closing processes of finance transactions.
  • Research and analyze complex legal issues related to energy project financing and investment.
  • Maintain and foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in transactional law, with a focus on project finance and renewable energy.
  • Strong experience representing lenders or tax equity investors in renewable energy finance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and writing abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
