Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking an experienced Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate to join its practice group. The role will involve providing strategic legal counsel on a range of complex financial matters, including corporate debt restructurings, financial transactions, and related litigation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience within an Am-Law 100 firm, excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.

Location:

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on complex financial transactions and corporate debt restructurings.
• Manage litigation matters related to financial issues, ensuring effective representation in disputes.
• Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and prepare for court appearances.
• Work closely with colleagues to develop strategies for client matters.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear and effective communication.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, ideally within an Am-Law 100 firm.
• Experience in Finance & Restructuring practice areas is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of employment.
