Job Overview: A law firm in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Corporate Debt Finance Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. • Experience representing private equity sponsors or lenders preferred.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Previous experience in an Am Law 100 law firm.
• Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (classes 2019, 2020, or 2021).
• FL Bar admission.
