A respected law firm specializing in personal injury law is seeking a Bilingual Client Success Attorney to support its Intake department in Newport Beach, CA. This role focuses on client relations during the crucial first phase of legal representation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional client service, fluent in Spanish, and capable of guiding clients through the early stages of their legal journey with clarity, compassion, and professionalism. This position bridges legal expertise with client care, ensuring each client begins their case with confidence and understanding.

Duties

  • Serve as the primary client contact for the first 30 days of their case

  • Conduct introductory calls to welcome clients and verify intake information

  • Address client questions and concerns to manage expectations and prevent case withdrawals

  • Review client files and documents to support case preparation and early legal strategy

  • Collaborate with intake staff to identify conflicts or unsuitable cases

  • Work closely with legal teams to facilitate smooth case handoffs and early development

  • Supervise Client Success case workers to ensure timely client communication and task completion

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement during the onboarding process

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)

  • Active license to practice law in California

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience working in a client-focused or customer service role

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with clients

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active California State Bar license
