Duties:

• Manage and take primary responsibility for cases from start to finish.
• Provide support to senior attorneys and assist in various aspects of litigation.
• Participate in court appearances, depositions, trials, and other proceedings.
• Draft legal documents including briefs, motions, and discovery materials.
• Perform legal research and provide analysis to aid in case strategy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality legal service and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Strong analytical and writing abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with hourly billing practices is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

Skills:

• Litigation experience (0-5 years) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in legal research and case preparation.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks.
