  • Oversee residential real estate closings involving lenders, buyers, and sellers.
  • Provide legal counseling and advisory services to clients.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • A valid Bar license in South Carolina and/or North Carolina is required; preferred if licensed in both states.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate law, with 3+ years preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Valid South Carolina and/or North Carolina Bar license (required).

Skills:

  • Expertise in residential real estate transactions and title review.
  • Proficiency in legal document preparation and real estate closing procedures.
  • Strong client interaction and advisory capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
