A law firm seeks an accomplished securities attorney with a minimum of six years of experience in managing structured securities offerings. This position requires a strong background in commercial real estate law, particularly focusing on finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The successful candidate will excel in a collaborative environment, contributing meaningfully to various legal projects.

Duties:

  • Represent a diverse portfolio of public and private real estate clients, including REITs and institutional investors, in a variety of transactions.
  • Oversee complex processes related to acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and sophisticated financing within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Provide comprehensive legal guidance to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and analyze critical legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Offer strategic insights rooted in strong business judgment and extensive legal knowledge.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of six years of experience managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
