Corporate Attorney

Riverton office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate attorney with 6+ years of experience in business and transactional law. The candidate will be representing clients in complex transactional matters including structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial and corporate documents; revising agreements, proposing strategic language and negotiating with opposing counsel. Significant expertise in advising clients on diverse business law is essential. Experience representing and counseling clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations and related due diligence and document preparation, business succession planning and corporate governance is essential. Must have admission to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar. New York Bar admission is a bonus. Strong drafting skills are required.

The candidate should have Degree. Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills are essential. Must have ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form with strong attention to detail. Strong drafting skills are required.
