Duties:

• Offer legal support and guidance to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Prepare and file various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and complaints.
• Manage a caseload effectively with the support of the legal team.
• Adhere to the firm's established processes, procedures, and practices.
• Represent clients at court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as required.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience practicing as an attorney with a focus on litigation.
• Previous experience in attending court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage a caseload and provide excellent client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited legal institution.

Certifications:

• Licensed by and in good standing with the California State Bar.
