Duties

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, and legal professionals, both in-person and over the phone.
• Collaborate closely with clients to address needs and maintain clear, consistent communication.
• Conduct thorough case analysis and strategy development for optimal client outcomes.
• Review, prepare, and finalize legal documentation necessary for personal injury cases.
• Drive client-centered, results-focused strategies, contributing to the firm’s goals and reputation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in personal injury litigation (plaintiff or defense side).
• Proven ability to manage a significant caseload and direct team efforts effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
• Ability to engage effectively with clients, adjusters, attorneys, and paralegals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Background in personal injury litigation.
• Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help clients and colleagues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
