Family Law Attorney

Greenville office of our client seeks a family law attorney with 4+ years of experience working in a family law firm. The candidate will serve clients and handle spousal support, division of assets, child custody, child support, divorce, domestic violence, and other delicate family law issues. Provide competent legal advice to a book of family law clients in hearings, settlement negotiations, and mediation. Meet with clients and draft documents and pleadings, research, and discovery. Must be licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina State Bar. A license in North Carolina is a plus.

The candidate must have the ability to understand Local Rules and how they apply to family law cases. Adequate skill in working independently on cases while maintaining a client base. Should have exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, specifically in high-stress and emotional situations. Should be creative and able to think outside of the box.
