Duties:

• Manage all phases of litigation from case initiation to final resolution.
• Develop and execute strategic approaches for case management.
• Oversee case deadlines and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate records, track billable hours, and adhere to ethical billing practices.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in California with good standing.
• 3-10 years of litigation experience, preferably in construction, insurance coverage, or business litigation.
• Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Advanced research, writing, and legal drafting skills.
• Experience conducting and defending depositions.
• Prior trial experience preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California Bar.
