Requirements:

• Expertise in public company securities offerings and compliance.
• Strong understanding of Exchange Act reporting requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality client services.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction(s) or ability to obtain admission.
