Job Overview

A leading law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join its Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Practice. This role involves working with an experienced litigator on complex, serious personal injury cases. The position is based in St. Louis, MO, and requires regular in-office presence.

Location

Duties

• Conduct depositions, including taking and defending.
• Draft discovery requests, pleadings, and motions.
• Monitor case progress and provide updates to relevant parties.
• Prepare for and participate in jury trials.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Make court appearances as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience handling personal injury claims (preferred).
• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois and Missouri.
• Courtroom motion practice experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active bar memberships in Illinois and Missouri.
