Duties:

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and financing documents
• Review and analyze title and closing documents
• Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions
• Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage complex real estate matters
• Maintain client relationships and handle day-to-day transaction management

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in transactional real estate law
• Strong background in negotiating and drafting real estate agreements
• Proven research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school
