Senior Litigation Counsel

Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Counsel to join their team in La Habra, CA. The Senior Litigation Counsel will provide legal advice, represent clients in court, negotiate settlements, and manage various legal aspects related to litigation. Location:

Duties:

• Provide legal advice to clients on litigation-related matters.
• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage the discovery process, including written discovery and depositions.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to provide comprehensive legal support.
• Maintain and manage litigation cases from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in litigation, including court representation and settlement negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Proven experience in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Education & Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar association of the relevant jurisdiction.
