Mid-level IP Tech Transactions Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
Seeking a Mid-level IP Tech Transactions Associate Attorney to join a U.S. TMT/IP practice with a focus on technology transactions, public M&A, and private equity deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial transactions and intellectual property, especially in the context of capital markets and M&A.

Location:

• New York

Duties:

• Handle a variety of commercial transactions and technology-related issues.
• Address intellectual property matters in capital markets, M&A, and investment transactions.
• Manage pharma licensing and collaboration agreements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. privacy regulations, including CCPA, HIPAA, GLB, and GDPR.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Class of 2019-2021 preferred.
• Admission to the New York Bar required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York Bar.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of technology transactions and intellectual property law.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with capital markets and investment transactions.
