Job Overview: A growing personal injury law firm in Seattle is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team. This role involves managing a caseload from intake through trial, with a focus on securing justice and compensation for clients. Location:

Duties:

• Draft, review, and modify legal documents, including motions, discovery responses, demand letters, and pleadings.
• Conduct client interviews and gather information from witnesses, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
• Manage and delegate tasks to a team of paralegals, legal assistants, and case managers.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions.
• Conduct legal research and collect evidence, such as insurance policies, medical records, and other case-relevant documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience.
• Strong drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in legal research and case management software.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and organization.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Juris Doctorate (JD)

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Washington.
• Membership in the State Bar Association.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills for client and witness interviews.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in computer skills, with experience in legal software.
• Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus but not required.
