Job Overview:

A reputable law firm in Dallas, TX, seeks an experienced Litigation Marketing & Support Attorney to assist in advancing its complex commercial litigation practice. This role emphasizes enhancing business development, knowledge management, and strategic growth for specific litigation practices, collaborating closely with partners and attorneys across the firm.

Duties:

• Collaborate with partners and attorneys to drive the business development strategies for complex litigation practices.
• Formulate and implement marketing plans aligned with the practice group’s growth objectives.
• Develop, manage, and update practice-related materials, including brochures, biographies, and web content.
• Track ongoing cases, maintain status updates, and ensure accurate case reporting to industry publications and league tables.
• Prepare and manage responses for proposals, pitch materials, and client presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify potential revenue opportunities and strategies for profitability enhancement.
• Draft articles, e-communications, and other written content to support practice visibility.
• Organize and participate in conferences, seminars, and events relevant to the practice area.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, ideally within complex commercial litigation or a related legal area.
• Proven experience in supporting business development initiatives and marketing efforts in a legal setting.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of complex litigation processes and legal research.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities, with a talent for producing engaging, informative content.
