Duties

• Represent private equity sponsors and agents in various transactions
• Advise clients on investment fund structures and strategies
• Provide legal counsel on investment management services
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents related to investment funds
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis of complex legal issues
• Collaborate with clients to develop creative, solutions-oriented strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

• 4-6 years of investment funds and investment management experience
• Substantive experience representing private equity sponsors and agents in transactions
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania and good standing
• Strong analytical and writing skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
