Litigation Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Handle individual cases involving premises liability, automobile negligence, and construction defect claims.
• Assist partners with larger, more complex litigation cases.
• Independently manage a caseload while receiving guidance and mentorship as needed.
• Draft legal documents, conduct research, and represent clients in court.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop litigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in civil defense, with a preference for general liability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Passion for litigation and a desire to learn and grow within the field.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.
