A law firm seeks a Labor & Employment / Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team in Salt Lake City, UT. Duties

• Counsel clients on commercial and employment-related legal matters.

• Draft motions and support clients through various stages of litigation.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation and/or labor and employment law.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling cases effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Utah State Bar or eligibility for admission.
