You'll be surprised with the polish and poise of the lawyers at this New Jersey firm. Although this is a decidedly local presence, this firm's lawyers could easily pick up and be at home in any major firm in any major marketplace. Why aren't they? Because this firm, in its approximately 30-year history, has invited and encouraged progressive lawyering, but hasn't let its impressive work product go to its head. No slackers will be tolerated here, but if you fit the culture here, it is an easy place to get along, including reasonable partnership requirements and billable hours that will get you home in time for dinner.
